Cebichería Pedrito is one of the most emblematic huariques in the city of Piura. Its menu is minimal and specialized: basically fresh fish ceviche and black clam ceviche, served with sarandaja (northern Peru's typical beans) and canchita, with prices ranging from S/ 10 to S/ 20. Don Pedrito prepares each order on the spot, and the venue works as a grab-and-go cevicheria with simple tables in a house on Jr. San Martín, corner of Jr. Roma, near the old San Teodoro cemetery, a few blocks from downtown Piura.
